Please note: My approach to treatment is to provide the time and attention each patient truly needs, without being limited by insurance company restrictions. For this reason, I do not participate in or accept payment from commercial insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

 

Payment is due in full at the time of each visit. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company. I will gladly provide a detailed billing statement you can submit to your insurer. Please review your policy to confirm your out-of-network coverage.
